If you are unable to keep the puppy after you have taken him home for any reason, we ask that you return the puppy to us for re-homing. We will have the puppy back on the following basis:-

If the puppy is under 9 weeks of age we will offer you 60% of the price paid.

If the puppy is under 10 weeks of age we will offer you 50% of the price paid.

If the puppy is under 12 weeks of age we will offer you 40% of the price paid.

If the puppy is over 12 weeks but less than 16 weeks we will offer you 20% of the price paid.

For dogs older than 16 weeks we will take them, care for them and hopefully re-home them to suitable home. We cannot however offer any payment for them.

This is on the basis of the puppy being in good health and returned to our kennels at your own cost with all the relevant paperwork.

All puppies are vetted prior to leaving us. Any illness or veterinary problem or injury that occours from the time you collect your puppy should be covered under your Pet Plan insurance policy which is provied by us free of charge whenyou collect the puppy.

Any puppy being returned on the grounds of ill health must be accompanied by a written vet's certificate stating that this was a pre existing condition prior to purchase And therefoe not covered under the Pet Plan insurance policy. Provided we have a written report stating there was a pre existing condition prior to the collection date we will refund your money in full or offer you another puppy, whichever you prefer.
